At Jay’s Bakes, we take food safety and allergen awareness seriously. All of our staff are trained in food hygiene and allergen awareness to help ensure the highest level of care is taken during preparation and handling of our products.

However, as we are a small bakery, we are unable to guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens. Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients daily, including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens, which means there is always a risk of cross-contamination.

Whilst every effort is made to avoid contamination, all of our bakes may contain traces of nuts and other allergens.
