Dessert box delivery across Liverpool
Every box is baked to order in my kitchen in Aintree and run out across Liverpool on the Friday. Pick any six treats for a Share Box at £20, or any ten for an Ultimate Box at £30. There is no checkout to fight with. You tell me what you want, I confirm it, and that is the order placed.
What a dessert box actually is
A dessert box here is not a fixed hamper that turns up the same every time. Each week I put up a new line-up of ten treats and you choose which of them go in your box. Two people ordering on the same Friday can end up with two completely different boxes, and usually do.
There are two sizes and that is deliberately the whole range. A Share Box is any six treats for £20. An Ultimate Box is any ten for £30. The bigger box works out better per treat, which is why most people who order a second time move up to it.
Everything is made from scratch, in small batches, for the week it is being sold in. Nothing is frozen and nothing is bought in. That is the actual reason the menu changes rather than a marketing decision: I am not working through a freezer, I am baking that week’s orders.
How the week runs

The Thursday cut off is not me being awkward. It is one person in one kitchen, so the orders have to be in before I start baking or they do not get made. The earlier in the week you message, the more likely it is that what you want is still open.
Once a week is gone it is gone. I do not carry stock over, because the next week is a different menu baked fresh for that week.
What delivery costs
Delivery is priced by how far you actually are, not as a flat fee that quietly overcharges people who live around the corner.

Distance is worked out by road from my L9 6AD kitchen, not in a straight line. That matters more in Liverpool than people expect. A postcode that looks close on a map can sit the wrong side of the river or the wrong side of the docks, and the drive is much longer than the crow flies. Working it out by road means the number you are quoted is the distance I am genuinely driving.
You can check yours before you commit to anything. The postcode checker on the home page gives you the real road distance and the exact delivery price straight away, without messaging anyone.
Where I deliver
Postcodes across north and central Liverpool usually sit comfortably inside the 10 mile run. That takes in Aintree, Fazakerley, Walton, Anfield, Everton, Kirkdale, Bootle, Litherland, Netherton, Orrell Park, Norris Green, Croxteth, West Derby, Old Swan, Tuebrook, Maghull, Melling, Crosby, Waterloo and the city centre.
I have deliberately not written that list as a promise. Coverage is decided by the road distance from my kitchen to your door, not by which suburb you name, and there are addresses inside those areas that are further round than they look. Put your postcode in the checker and you get a real answer in a couple of seconds.
If you are outside the ten miles
10 miles is where my usual Friday run stops. Past that the drive stops making sense against the price of a box, so the checker will tell you honestly that you are outside the area rather than quietly taking the order.
That is not a flat no. Message me anyway. A bigger order, a bespoke platter or something built around an occasion can be worth the journey when a single box is not, and I would rather have the conversation than turn away something that would have worked.
Collecting instead
If you would rather not pay for delivery at all, collection is on the Saturday, 19 morning, between 10am and 12pm. You message me the order in the same way, I confirm it, and I will have it boxed and ready for the time you say.
Collection is free and it is the option most local people end up on once they have ordered once or twice.
The Sunday stall
On the Sunday I am on the stall at The Car Booty, Merton Road, L20, from 6am to 11am. That is a different thing again: no order needed and no cut off to hit, just whatever is left from the Friday plus some extras I bring along for it.
If you have never ordered before and you would rather see the bakes in front of you before you commit, the stall is the easiest way to do that.
How to order
Message me on WhatsApp. There is no basket, no account and no card details taken on this site. You tell me the size of box and which treats you want in it, I confirm it back, and that is the order placed. Payment is arranged directly between us when I confirm.
If it is easier, use Build your box on the home page. You tap the treats you want, choose delivery, collection or the stall, and it writes the whole message for you so all you do is press send.
Allergies
Everything comes out of one small home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs every day, so I cannot describe anything as free from any allergen. If you have an allergy, an intolerance or any dietary concern, read the allergens page and message me before you order. You will get an honest answer about what is in things.
Common questions about delivery
Do you deliver every day? No. Deliveries go out on the Friday, once a week, because everything is baked to order for that week’s drop.
Can I get a box delivered today? Not usually. The Thursday cut off exists so that the baking can happen. Message me and I will tell you honestly what is still open.
Do you deliver to the Wirral? Some Wirral postcodes come out inside the ten miles by road and some do not. The checker will tell you which yours is.
Is delivery free anywhere? Yes, within a mile of the kitchen. After that it is priced by the bands above.
What if I am not in? Message me when you order and we will sort a time that works. It is a small run and I would rather get it right than leave a box on a step.
